Completed in 1694 according to Vauban\u2019s plans, this architectural and technical masterpiece is made of 11 stone arches.<\/li>\n<li>Cross the D11 to the other side of the Canal du Midi and ride to Port La Fabrique, where you can take a break or enjoy a snack by the canal.
