Soil : Quaternary terraces made up of a variety of stones and pebbles on clays.
Grape : Cépage viognier 100%.
Harvest : 27 hl/Ha
Age of the parcel : 12 years
Viticulture : Certified Organic ECOCERT
Vinification : Direct pressing. The settling is done naturally under the effect of the cold over 36 hours (10°C to 12°C). Fermentation starts at low temperature (17°C to 18°C) and lasts three to four weeks. Ageing in barrels for 50% of the production and 50% in tanks. Blending and bottling in the following March after the harvest.
Ageability : Our elegant, charming and fruity Viognier white wine can be enjoyed young within two years after the harvest.
