Viticulture : Certified Organic ECOCERT
Vinification : This wine is made by direct pressing of the grapes. The settling is done naturally under the effect of the cold over 36 hours. Fermentation at low temperature (17° to 18°), 1/3 of the production is vinified in barrels. The duration of fermentation varies between 12 and 18 days. Bottling in March.
Tasting Note : fine and subtle aromas with floral and white flower notes, that follow on the palate balanced with a harmonious acidity. Our Chardonnay white wine can be enjoyed now and for all occasions.
