AOC MINERVOIS ROUGE

DESCRIPTION

Site : Situated in the heart of the Minervois between Carcassonne and Narbonne.
Soil : Quaternary terraces made up of a variety of stones and pebbles on clays.
Grapes : 80% Syrah, 20% Grenache
Harvest : 47 hl/ha
Age of parcel : 38 years
Viticulture : Certified Organic ECOCERT
Vinification : Harvest destemmed, fermentation and maceration for about fifteen days, bring structure and tannic structure to the Syrah grape variety. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in our cellars for 12 months in concrete tanks, followed by bottling. Once bottled, the wines rest in our cellars before being shipped.
Ageability : Our Minervois with a dominant of red fruits can be appreciated from its second year. You can also forget it in your cellar and enjoy it for a few years.
