Discover our domain and our craft during a guided tour from the vineyards to the cellar.
We’ll guide you through our vineyards, explaining how we care for them daily. Along the way, you’ll learn what led us to establish an organic vineyard in 2006 and create a biodiversity haven—thanks to fruit trees, hedgerows, olive trees, and sustainable farming methods.
We’ll reveal how all these elements support our work in the vineyard.
Then, follow us into the cellar to understand the journey from vinification to bottling.
Finally, enjoy a tasting experience, a moment of exchange around our various wines, paired with our green and black olives and olive spreads.

To reach us safely and quickly from the Pont de Pierre on the Canal du Midi in Puicheric, take Rural Path No. 1 toward Rieux-Minervois in the direction of Domaine des Homs. Be sure to pause along the way to enjoy a 360° panoramic view of our stunning landscape: the Montagne Noire, Mount Alaric, the Pyrenees range in the distance, and a breathtaking view of Lac de Marseillette.
